Callum Sherry, known to teammates as Shez, is a centre back who brings composure and physical presence to the back line. He made the switch to centre half relatively late, having started out playing there at just 16. Before kick off, you'll usually find him tucking into beans on toast, a pre-match ritual he swears by.
