Staffing
The Camp will be led by FA accredited coaches and the highest safety measures will be taken at all times, with lead coaches holding DBS background checks.
Please note that during this camp our lead coaches will be mentoring assistant coaches looking to progress through their coaching badges as part of their professional development.
The lead coach will at all times be in charge of the session but a key tenet of the FC Isle of Man philosophy is to assist those in our community that wish to develop a career in and around sport. Enabling aspiring coaches to develop in this way gives them valuable experience to assist with their examinations.

Camp Behaviour
All camps are designed to be enjoyed by every participant. We expect the highest standards of behaviour and conduct on all of our courses. We want everyone to have fun and we appreciate that children get excited. Where this excitement spills over into poor behaviour our coaches will of course speak to the child in an effort to help them understand how they are affecting other camp participants and ways that they can modify their behaviour.
However, should any players bully other participants or repeatedly misbehave, they will no longer be welcome to participate in the camp. In such circumstances we will call the detailed parent/guardian and request that they are immediately picked up. Please note no refund will be issued.
We are sure that Parents / Guardians will appreciate our zero-tolerance approach on bullying and we will reinforce these points to your children before the camp commences.
